After attending for two months one of the most acclaimed residential and day treatment facilities in the country, Hazelden Betty Ford, my initial bar regarding recovery programs was set pretty high. NorthStar has met and exceeded any preconceived standards I may have had from day one. I have been attending Intensive Outpatient Therapy at NorthStar in Charlotte, NC, for two months, and am still excited and looking forward to every single session.

Knowledgeable and caring staff that takes you in as part of their family, helping you along your journey in recovery. Would recommend to anyone struggling with any type of addiction and needing support.

The staff is amazing! You truly won't find a more caring and knowledgeable group of people. The therapist on staff really makes you feel comfortable, and I look forward to the one-on-one sessions every week. Will & Hannah do a great job! NorthStar offers an amazing program that really has helped me make great strides in my recovery process. Groups are small and very informative and allow for open discussion among peers. Instructors are very prepared, and groups are structured very well to maximize the amount of material learned during group sessions. The staff is very down to earth and truly understands the daily issues we all face in life and our struggles. If 10 stars were offered, that's what I'd rate this program.
